Coverage
Where we deliver
Standard delivery is through the UK mainland pallet network to the kerbside or nearest safe accessible point. Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, remote or restricted postcodes and sites with unusual access are outside the standard service; contact us before ordering so we can check coverage, timing and any additional charge.
The delivery address must have firm, level access and enough room for the delivery vehicle and any vehicle-mounted handling equipment to enter, manoeuvre, turn and leave safely. An authorised person must be present to receive, sign for and inspect the pallet. Provide a working mobile number because the carrier may call on the day of delivery.

Timing
Understanding the three-day service
Three working days is our standard target from dispatch, subject to stock, cleared payment, order cut-off, address validation and network conditions. It is not a guaranteed timed service unless we agree that separately in writing.
Do not book installers or remove existing flooring solely against an estimated date. We will contact you if the order needs a different delivery arrangement.
On arrival
Check before the driver leaves
Check the pallet for visible impact, torn wrapping, broken straps or water exposure. Where possible, note issues on the delivery record and take photographs before moving or unwrapping the pallet.

Can I track it?
Yes. Once your pallet has been collected, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow updates as it moves through the network.
Is the pallet signed for?
Yes. Deliveries require a signature or other proof of delivery, helping confirm that the pallet reached the correct recipient.
Are my items insured?
Standard carrier liability cover applies to each shipment. Enhanced protection may be available by agreement; see the FAQs or ask us about cover and claims before ordering.
